Human Capital Development is central to Efo Worlanyo’s vision for the Hohoe Constituency, aiming to unlock the full potential of our people and drive sustainable progress. Through the underlisted initiatives, Efo aims to create a robust framework for personal and economic advancement within our constituency.
Efo is committed to establishing a Youth Employment Center to provide essential job opportunities and career guidance.
Each year, his office will facilitate meaningful employment for at least 10 individuals from the five traditional areas in sectors such as services, education, and health.
Additionally, a Business Support Fund will be launched to offer interest-free loans to local women and youth entrepreneurs, empowering them to expand their ventures.
To further support professional growth, he will introduce a Workers Development Fund, enabling teachers, health workers, and other professionals to access interest-free loans for their continued development.
