2. To address emergency response needs, Efo will establish an Ambulance Support Fund, enhancing the accessibility and efficiency of critical care.
3. Recognizing the challenges at Wli Todzi Health Center, he proposes a special reward package to attract and retain healthcare personnel for a minimum of three years, thereby stabilizing and improving local healthcare services.
4. Additionally, Efo is dedicated to continuing and expanding water projects across all electoral areas, ensuring that every constituent has access to safe and reliable water.
